A holistic, faith based birth & postpartum group class taught by doula Cosette!

What can you expect? A comprehensive and interactive in-person class with a homey, cozy feel. We will be diving into all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum together! Exploring topics like pregnancy nutrition, preparing mentally, physically, and spiritually for birth, what the Bible says about birth, what to expect from all the stages of labor, how your partner can support you, coping mechanisms, preparing for postpartum, caring for your baby, and SO much more. All from a holistic perspective while staying anchored in the Lord!

What’s Included? A beautiful welcome basket filled with goodies for your journey, an 80+ page workbook, homemade treats to enjoy during our time together, our list of local resources, thoughtful, interactive education with Cosette and of course the opportunity to meet and get to know other like minded couples in similar life stages!
